ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS:
THE ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AT THIS LATE DATE THE AMENITY CENTER BUILDING WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HOLD OUR HOA MEETING ON THE 22ND.
THE ISSUE WHY THE BUILDING WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE COULD BE DEBATABLE AND A LEGAL ISSUE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER BUT THE DECISION TO POSTPONE THE MEETING WAS THE BETTER CHOICE AT THIS LATE DATE.
We intend to hold the regular monthly meeting sometime the first full week in December.
On the 30th of November at 530pm we intend to hold a meeting, a one item only meeting for the assignment of contracts, adjourn this meeting and at 630pm hold the regular association budget meeting. Sorry for this confusion.
This is not what the Board would of planned for but due to conflicts with information from Pulte and Board member availability it is the best we can accomplish in such short notice.
